This 3 BDR/3.5 BTR newly renovated house will blow your mind. Baypine neighborhood overlooks the picturesque Choctawhatchee Bay and is nestled in a wooded site in the SANDESTIN® resort. Our cottage typifies the spirit and style of true southern living. This elegant and charming two-story cottage is the perfect complement to the relaxed Gulf Coast lifestyle found in SANDESTIN®.

Inspired by the temperate climate of the Gulf Coast, the owners redesigned the 2400+ SF cottage and decorated the house to reflect the soothing and calming costal living intertwined with the one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture collected from all over the world. The property can accommodate 2 cars and a new 6-passenger golf cart (included with the rental). As you enter the property, you will be welcomed by an Indonesian-like front porch ideal to sip your morning coffee while leafing through your favorite book. The foyer leads to an open living room overlooking the back pond. The kitchen opens directly to the living room and dining room areas. It consists of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a built-in microwave. The newly-built, open back-deck sets the tone for a refreshing afternoon drink while entertaining family and friends with some succulent grilling.

The cottage consists of two king bedrooms on the first floor and a king-master bedroom upstairs with a private deck. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, and the furniture pieces have been hand-picked and custom-built to complement the exquisite taste and originality of this beautiful property. Each bedroom has access to its private bathroom.

This property will allow hypo-allergenic dogs under 20lbs with approval and pet fee.

  My family of 6 (plus a dog) really enjoyed our stay at Baypine. There was plenty of space of all of us, it was decorated beautifully, and is in a wonderful, central location within the resort. We loved that we could just walk to the pool and that Baytowne was a super short golf cart ride away! We have been staying at Sandestin resort for years so I must point out that the unit was not as “stocked” as other ones we have stayed in. The unit is severely lacking kitchen items such as utensils and dishes (especially coffee cups). While the home was wonderfully renovated, there is little to no storage for clothes- no dressers in bedrooms, no actual closet in both masters, and very little hanging storage- there were even no hangers. Other than that, our stay was lovely and we would recommend this unit to others.

  Our family really enjoyed spending Thanksgiving week at this property. The setup was perfect for 6 adults with this 3 BR, 3.5 bath house. The house was very spacious, clean, & in a very convenient location. The free activities were an added plus. The golf cart really was utilized and helped to avoid holiday traffic in the complex. The included amenities of the golf cart, golfing, and gym made us want to rent through this company again.
  CONs--Storage was lacking in the primary downstairs bedroom and master bath. A dresser or closet would improve comfort.

  The property was nicely updated/renovated with "fresh" and modern decor. All beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. The use of the golf cart was a very nice perk to get to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. We did have an issue getting in the door upon arrival, as the handle had to be pulled "up" instead of down which is what we expected, but the property management was able to assist via phone. The only other significant issue we had was the air conditioning, as it was extremely cold upstairs and there was a very noticeable temperature difference between the upstairs bedroom and all of the downstairs. The front bedroom was nicely decorated, but very bright (aimed right at the bed) both at night from the outside lights and in the mornings when the sun came up as there is no window shade on the top oval window. There was also no side table or shelf in this room next to the beds, so there was nowhere to place your phone and other items without going across the room to the wood shelf near the TV. I would recommend the property as it fit our general needs as a family of five.

  Wasn’t as excited about staying inland as opposed to previous stays on the beach. However, it turned out to be awesome! Golf cart to shops, pool, restaurants and marina as well as taking the tunnel to the beach. We did it all without fighting 98 traffic. Our place on Baypine Drive exceeded our expectations. Furniture was top quality. Not your typical rental. Golf cart was almost new. Everything was great!

  Great house, great beach vacation! Been visiting SanDestin with our family for close to 10 years. This rental home was awesome - great location central to all amenities in SanD. Nice & roomy - had 2 of our college boys with us plus dog & plenty of room, even if our 2 other boys could have gone with us, there would have been plenty of sleeping space. House - great screened in porch, upper deck. Pool right next door, Near Baytowne, Beach, Marina, Publix shopping Center.
