  We loved this house and the rental company. When I was trying to book a beach trip for my family six months ago, Jalayne was so patient answering all of my questions as we had just come off of a horrific VRBO experience. Our home was exactly as described and when we arrived, Gary talked us through all of the hints and tips with the golf carts. I was a bit concerned my daughters would be hot upstairs, but there is not one complaint with the AC all week and we stayed in early August. The house is very clean and well equipped. The covered porches and proximity to the pool are a bonus. We hope to be back soon.

  Although we had some hiccups with the property, our host did an amazing job taking care of everything. The property was beautiful and the amenities were fantastic. We loved the high quality golf cart and used it daily. The pool was great to have access to with a tropical storm that made landfall on our trip.   This property was absolutely perfect! The location to the community pool is just around the corner so we could just walk over. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable (I meant to check the mattress for the brand as I have slept that good in years)
  
  Golf cart was good - it was different than the one in the photo so just know you may not get what is pictured but no biggie. We likes having the discount perks and used it to rent bikes for our boys. They loved riding all over.

  We had a wonderful stay at 1317 Laurel Grove. The three-bedroom home is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and is beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made meal prep easy and convenient, and the entire home was extremely comfortable.
  
  One of our favorite features was having access to the golf cart—it made getting around the resort simple and fun.
  
  We highly recommend staying here and are already planning to return to this home again in 2027.
